Where do I find my referral link?
Choose Refer a Friend from the HelloMillions website menu. The tool provides a unique link with a Copy Link action. Referral help is also available in the Help Center.
Use only the link generated for your account. Do not replace part of the URL, shorten it through an unfamiliar service, or copy a different player’s link. Before sharing, open the referral terms in your account and record the offer period and qualification steps.
If the menu item does not appear, the promotion may not currently be available to your account. Promotions may be customer-specific under the Terms.
What must my friend do for the referral to track?
Your friend must register by clicking your unique referral link. That first click connects the new registration with the referring account.
Ask your friend to open the link before creating the account and to finish registration in the same browser session where practical. They should use their own accurate details and create only one account. Do not create an account for them, handle their credentials, or use your own device to impersonate them.

What reward will I receive, and when?
The referral reward and qualifying steps may change. The in-account referral offer and its promotion-specific terms define the current reward, required actions, crediting point, and deadline. Under the Terms of Service, promotion-specific rules take precedence when they conflict with general terms.
Why was my referral not tracked?
Common checkpoints include:
- Did the friend click your exact unique link before registering?
- Did they finish creating one eligible account with their own details?
- Did they complete every action in the current referral terms?
- Was each action completed before the offer deadline?
- Does the terms page specify a waiting or validation period?
Do not ask the friend to register again if an account already exists. The Terms allow only one customer account per person, and a duplicate account can create a larger problem than a missing referral.
What should I send to support about a missing reward?
The Help Center’s referral-reward article asks the referrer to use a Promotional Query and provide the friend’s full name, email address, and registration date.
Send that information only through the official support form, with the friend’s permission. Add your unique-link screenshot, the current referral terms, and the date each required action was completed. Do not post another person’s email address in a public comment or social-media thread.
How can I share a referral responsibly?
Explain that the link is a referral, not an independent recommendation or guaranteed reward. Do not make claims beyond the official terms, pressure someone to make a purchase, or send repeated unsolicited messages.
The referral offer does not remove the general eligibility rules. Your friend should check the Terms of Service, use the service only where available, and decide independently whether to participate.
