Start with the account outcome you need
Account problems often look similar from the sign-in screen but require different actions. A temporary password block is not the same as voluntary closure. Ordinary closure is not the same as Self-Exclusion. Closing the account also does not automatically make a privacy-deletion request.
If you are unsure where to begin, use How to contact HelloMillions Customer Support. Include the registered email address, exact error or request, relevant date, and any transaction or support reference. Never send your password.
Closing, reopening, and deleting data
How to close your HelloMillions account explains the frictionless support process and the effect closure has on access to Virtual Coins. It also compares ordinary closure with the stronger barriers available through Player Trust & Safety Controls.
Can a closed account be reopened? covers an ordinary reopening request and the important exceptions. Reopening is not guaranteed, and a Self-Excluded account cannot be reactivated before the selected period ends.
How to request deletion of personal data is a separate privacy guide. It explains the official email and Privacy Query routes, identity verification, response windows, authorized agents, and lawful retention exceptions.
Sign-in blocks and duplicate accounts
Locked accounts and duplicate registration helps distinguish a temporary password block from a broader suspension. It also explains why customers should recover an existing account rather than register again.
HelloMillions permits one Customer Account per person. If you accidentally created more than one, contact support with every related email address and identify the account you want to keep.
Contacting the right support route
The Customer Support guide lists the evidence that helps with account, purchase, technical, privacy, and security issues. Use the official Help Center route and keep the request confirmation.
Privacy access, correction, deletion, and portability requests can go to [email protected] or a Privacy Query ticket. Limits, Time-Out, and Self-Exclusion are found under Player Trust & Safety Controls in the Customer Account menu.
