Our editorial purpose
The HelloMillions Knowledge Base provides clear first-party guidance about HelloMillions products, account processes, rules, safety, and responsible play. Our goal is to answer the customer’s question directly and provide a safe next step when the answer depends on an account, location, or active offer.
How we research and review guides
Editors review the applicable HelloMillions product information, governing terms, account instructions, and Help Center guidance for each topic. External authorities are used when a claim belongs to them, such as tax guidance, state information, or a game provider’s specifications.
Every guide is checked for factual support, clear terminology, useful links, privacy-safe instructions, and consistency with related pages. Sensitive legal, tax, privacy, verification, payment, redemption, and responsible-play topics receive additional editorial attention.
How we handle changing information
Some details vary by account, location, provider, or promotion. We identify that variation and direct readers to the live account flow, attached offer terms, governing rules, or Customer Support.
We do not invent missing values, promise account outcomes, or present a changeable detail as universal. Dates appear in a guide only when the date is part of the useful fact, such as an event period, policy change, or external data snapshot.
Our voice and independence
The Hub speaks in a controlled first-party HelloMillions voice. We state HelloMillions facts directly, distinguish general guidance from account-specific outcomes, and attribute claims when they belong to an outside authority.
Commercial language does not override accuracy, customer safety, responsible-play guidance, or required legal wording.
Corrections and updates
We correct material errors and update guidance when product information, rules, or customer processes change. WordPress displays the latest modification date on public guides.
To report a possible correction, contact Customer Support with the page and statement involved. Do not send unnecessary passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, or other sensitive information.
