Choose the protection that matches what you need
Responsible-play controls are there to support a decision, not to create an obstacle. HelloMillions publishes limits for spending and session time, a fixed short Time-Out, a longer Self-Exclusion period with no account access, and ordinary account closure through Customer Support.
Start with Taking a break, Self-Exclusion, or account closure. Its comparison table shows the duration, account access, and reactivation rules for each option.
Set limits while the account remains active
How to set play limits explains daily, weekly, or monthly Gold Coin spend limits and daily session limits. Lower limits take effect immediately. Increasing or removing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Once a daily session limit is reached, gameplay is restricted until the following day. Limits reset at midnight in the customer’s local time zone.
Take a complete break
Time-Out pauses purchases and gameplay for a selected period from 1 to 30 days. It cannot be cancelled after confirmation, although account details and redemption requests remain accessible.
Self-Exclusion lasts from 1 month to 1 year and prevents login and all account activity. It cannot be reversed before the selected period ends. Access does not automatically resume afterward; the account stays closed until the customer requests reactivation, followed by a 24-hour cooling-off period.

I think I’m playing too much - what can I do? gives immediate, non-judgmental steps and explains the signs published by HelloMillions and the World Health Organization. It also links to qualified care and voluntary peer support.
