Use the Terms of Service for territorial eligibility. The table below reflects version 2.2, dated July 1, 2026, as of July 14, 2026. It makes the notices easier to scan but does not replace the Terms.
Availability can mean different things. “Available” means the state is not named in the service-level prohibited or promotional-only notices checked for this table. It does not guarantee that every game supplier operates there. “Gold Coin play only” means promotional contests are not offered. “Unavailable” means the Terms prohibit the service. Maine is shown separately because its closure date had not yet arrived when this page was refreshed, while the Help Center had already removed it from its available-state list.
Customers must be at least 21, or older if their location requires a higher age, and must meet all other eligibility conditions in the Terms.

How should I use the table during a change?
Check the Terms of Service again when a territorial change takes effect. Maine becomes unavailable under the Terms of Service on July 15, 2026. Access may already be restricted because the Help Center listed Maine as unavailable by July 13, 2026. The table therefore uses a transitional status until the effective date.
For an account balance, pending redemption, or document review, a state table cannot determine the account-specific outcome. Preserve the message shown in the account and use Customer Support.
