Check the status before participating
Campaign pages are more time-sensitive than evergreen support guides. A page can remain discoverable after its earning window, and an account-specific offer may not appear in the public promotion directory. A date in the campaign name also does not establish the promotion’s start, end, or claim period.
As of July 14, 2026, the HelloMillions promotions directory does not list generally available World Cup or America 250 campaigns. Questline mechanics depend on the offer shown to an eligible account. The guides explain how to read any selected offer without assuming its mechanics or rewards.
What is the current status of the planned event guides?
| Guide | External event context | HelloMillions status on July 14, 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| World Cup 2026 | FIFA schedules the tournament through July 19, 2026 | No generally available campaign is listed |
| America 250 | National celebrations took place on July 3-4, 2026 | No generally available campaign is listed; the national milestone has passed |
| Questlines | No independent event date applies | Tasks, rewards, and any timer depend on the authenticated offer |
A selected-customer offer can exist without appearing in the general directory. If an account receives one, its attached terms determine the current details.
How should I read an event offer?
Capture the whole offer before starting. At minimum, identify:
- the official campaign name;
- the eligible account and location;
- the earning start and end time, including time zone;
- any opt-in step;
- the exact qualifying game, mode, task, or sequence;
- the reward and coin type;
- when progress or credit should appear;
- a separate claim action and deadline, if any; and
- a readable promotion-specific terms page.
Do not infer one campaign’s rules from another. A social giveaway, leaderboard, game task, login claim, and Questline can run during the same season but use different eligibility and deadlines.
Which terms govern campaigns?
Section 7 of the HelloMillions Terms of Service says promotions are subject to the general Terms, official promotion rules, and additional terms published with the offer. Promotion-specific terms take precedence when they conflict with the general Terms.
The Terms also allow promotions to be customer-specific, changed, or ended. A public image or social caption is not a complete replacement for the rules. If a rules link fails, save the offer and ask Customer Support to confirm the current version before taking an irreversible action.
Sweepstakes Coins cannot be purchased; they are awarded free through promotions; eligible SC balances can be redeemed for cash prizes. Any SC in an event offer remains governed by that offer.
What if an event task or claim fails?
Record the state before refreshing: campaign name, terms, task list, progress, timer, account time, balance, confirmation, and exact error. Mask private information. Then refresh once and wait only for the crediting period stated in the terms.
If the issue remains, send a Promotional Query. Explain the timeline and time zone, the action completed, and the result expected exactly as displayed. Do not create a second account, repeat a costly action without guidance, or share credentials with someone claiming to restore a reward.
What happens after an event ends?
An ended campaign page should clearly say it has ended, remove present-tense participation prompts, and preserve only details supported by its official terms. The earning deadline and claim deadline can differ, so the historical page should not declare all claims closed unless the original terms establish that result.
Check active event pages frequently because the status, terms, reward, or deadline can change. The displayed updated date reflects a meaningful change to the campaign information.
Event eligibility, rewards, and deadlines exist only as stated in current promotion-specific terms.

Frequently asked questions
Are the World Cup, America 250, and Questline offers currently confirmed?
No generally available World Cup or America 250 campaign is listed as of July 14, 2026. Questline details depend on the authenticated offer.
Can an offer exist without appearing in the public directory?
Yes. The Terms allow selected-customer promotions, but only the authenticated offer and its rules can establish details.
Does completing a task always claim the reward?
Not necessarily. A campaign can require a separate claim action if its terms say so. Record any timer and claim immediately.
Can Customer Support restore an expired claim?
Restoration is not guaranteed. Support can review documented technical errors, but promotion-specific deadlines control.
How often should active event pages be checked?
Check them whenever a status, term, reward, or deadline changes, and review active campaigns frequently.
