What is a HelloMillions Questline?
A Questline is an account offer whose tasks, order, progress measure, earning period, reward, and claim action are defined in the authenticated interface and attached terms.
If your account labels an offer Questline, use the interface itself to identify its tasks, order, progress measure, earning period, reward, and claim action. A sequence may look similar to another campaign while using different qualifying games or deadlines.

Questline availability, tasks, and rewards are governed by the offer shown to the eligible account.
Do Questline claims expire after one hour?
Do not assume every Questline provides a one-hour claim window. A one-hour limit applies only when the authenticated offer displays it.
If the authenticated offer displays a one-hour countdown, follow that timer. Confirm whether it begins when the final task is completed, when a notification appears, or at another event defined in the terms. Claim as soon as the control becomes available rather than waiting for the final minute.
A visible timer and its terms are stronger evidence than an undated screenshot or an account of an earlier Questline.
How do I complete and claim a Questline?
Use the steps shown by the specific offer:
- Open the Questline before starting and record its end time and time zone.
- Read every task and confirm the eligible game, coin mode, and required action.
- Check whether tasks must be completed in order.
- Confirm that progress updates after each task before moving on.
- When all required tasks show complete, look for a separate Claim action.
- Claim before the displayed timer ends and save the confirmation.
- Check the relevant coin balance or reward area.
Do not infer progress from play alone. The Questline interface should be the record of whether an action counted.
Why is my Questline progress not updating?
Compare what you did with the exact task wording. A game title, coin mode, minimum action, sequence, or opt-in step can determine whether progress counts. Also check that the offer itself had not ended.
If the action matched, stop before repeating it extensively. Record the task, progress before and after, game or activity, date and time, and any error. Refresh once after taking screenshots.
Use the progress timing stated in the offer. If no timing is shown and progress remains unchanged after a refresh, contact support with the task and timestamp.
What if the Claim button disappeared?
Check the countdown and claim deadline first. Completion and claiming can be separate actions when the offer says so. If the displayed claim window ended, the general Terms do not promise restoration.
If the button disappeared before the displayed deadline, capture the completed tasks, remaining timer if visible, account time, and any error. Submit a Promotional Query immediately. Include the Questline name and terms, but never send your password.

Which rules govern Questline eligibility and rewards?
Section 7 of the Terms of Service says official promotion rules and additional offer terms apply, with promotion-specific terms taking precedence in a conflict. It also allows promotions to be limited, changed, or ended.
