Why is my HelloMillions account blocked?
Check the sign-in details first. An account is temporarily blocked for 30 minutes after a password is entered incorrectly more than five times in a row.
Start with these steps:
- Confirm that you are using the email address linked to the existing account.
- Stop repeated password attempts and wait for the published temporary block period to pass.
- If you registered by email, use the reset password option.
- If you registered through Google or Facebook, manage the password through that provider.
- Contact Customer Support if the block remains or the message suggests a suspension rather than a temporary sign-in lock.
Do not share your password with support. Provide the exact error message, the time it appeared, your sign-in method, and the registered email address.
What if I accidentally created more than one account?
The current Terms of Service permit only one Customer Account per person. They state that attempts to open more than one may lead to suspension or termination of the accounts and adjustment of Virtual Coin balances.
The Help Center tells customers who unintentionally created duplicates to contact Customer Support promptly. Include:
- your name;
- the email address for the account you want to keep; and
- every email address connected to an account that should be deactivated.
Do not keep using several accounts while waiting for a response. Let the support team identify and resolve the account records.
Should I register again if I cannot access my account?
No. Section 4.3 of the Terms says that a customer who loses access must not register a new Customer Account and must contact support to recover the existing one.
A second registration can make a straightforward access problem look like a duplicate-account issue. This applies whether the original account was created by email, Google, or Facebook.
If your old account was voluntarily closed, use the account reopening process. If it is under Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, the Player Safety rules apply and a new registration must not be used to bypass the restriction.
Could the account be suspended for another reason?
Yes. The Terms allow HelloMillions to suspend or close accounts in several circumstances, including eligibility issues, mismatched account and payment names, chargebacks, prohibited duplicate accounts, security concerns, or suspected improper use. Access may be limited, suspended, terminated, modified, or deleted where the service is believed to have been used unlawfully or improperly.
Only Customer Support can explain the status of a specific account. Ask which category applies and what information is needed for review. Do not send sensitive documents by ordinary email unless the official team directs you to an approved verification channel.
What details help support investigate?
Send a concise account-recovery summary:
| Detail | Why it helps |
|---|---|
| Registered email | Locates the existing account. |
| Sign-in method | Distinguishes email, Google, and Facebook recovery. |
| Exact error text | Separates a password block from a suspension or technical error. |
| Approximate time and device | Helps identify the failed session. |
| Duplicate-account emails | Lets support identify the account to keep and those to deactivate. |
Use the official Customer Support route and keep the request confirmation. Avoid opening several tickets for the same issue unless support asks you to do so.
