Why might Sweepstakes Coins be unavailable where I am?
The current Terms distinguish between prohibited territories, locations where promotional contests are not offered, and additional restrictions imposed by individual game suppliers. As of July 14, 2026, the Terms say promotional contests are no longer offered in California, list Tennessee as prohibited, and retain a dated service change for Maine.
Use the availability page for the dated table, then confirm the result in the current Terms. If you are traveling, your physical location matters even when the registered address is in another state. If you moved, update the address through Customer Support rather than opening another account.
Supplier restrictions usually explain missing games, not a missing Sweepstakes Coins mode. Check the supplier list when only certain titles are unavailable.
Could a location check cause the same symptom?
Yes. Third-party location checks may be used, and location services must be enabled. HelloMillions may receive mobile-device location data and approximate state or province information associated with an IP address under the Privacy Policy.
Try these safe checks:
- Confirm that the current state is eligible under the Terms.
- Allow location access for the site in the browser and operating system.
- Turn off any VPN, proxy, private relay, or work network that obscures the real location.
- Reload the site on an ordinary local connection.
- If the options still do not match the published eligibility, contact support with the exact screen and time.
The Terms prohibit using a VPN or proxy to disguise an actual location. Changing network routes to make a different state appear is not troubleshooting.
What happens to an existing Sweepstakes Coins balance?
The treatment of a hidden balance can depend on the account, location, and applicable rules. Do not assume that it has been erased, remains available for play, or is eligible for redemption. Customer Support can confirm the account-specific status.
Check the balance and messages shown in the account, keep any relevant email, and ask Customer Support to explain the specific account. Include your registered state, present physical state, and whether you moved or are traveling. Do not include an identity document in the first message unless the official secure process requests it.
