Your bank, payment provider, or other financial institution may apply its own fees or currency-conversion charges, depending on the payment method or account involved. These third-party charges are separate from HelloMillions.
What if I receive a different amount than expected?
If the amount received from a prize redemption differs from what you expected, compare your redemption confirmation with your bank or payment provider’s transaction record.
Do not assume the difference is a HelloMillions processing fee. If the reason is unclear, contact Customer Support with your redemption reference and transaction details, and ask Support to confirm the amount HelloMillions processed.
