Where can I see the payment methods available to me?
Sign in, select Get Coins in the game lobby, choose a Gold Coin package, and continue to the payment step. The checkout shows the payment methods currently available for that transaction. Follow the instructions for the method you select.
HelloMillions’ public Terms of Service do not name a permanent list of card brands, bank methods, or digital wallets. That means a static list on a guide could become wrong or could show an option that is not available to a particular customer. Checkout is the current source for availability.
Purchasing a Gold Coin package is optional. No purchase is necessary to create an account or access free-to-play games.
What requirements apply to a payment method?
The Terms set several account and payment conditions:
- the payment method must be accepted by HelloMillions or its payment processor;
- it must lawfully belong to you;
- it must not come from a business or corporate account;
- the name on the payment method must match the name on your Customer Account; and
- Gold Coin purchases must be made in US dollars.
If the payment name and account name differ, the account may be suspended, the purchase may be voided, and Virtual Coin balances may be adjusted. Update incorrect account details through Customer Support before trying again rather than using another person’s payment method.
Why might the methods shown at checkout change?
HelloMillions may appoint third-party Payment Agents to process purchases. Available methods can therefore depend on the checkout and processor in use. The Terms allow HelloMillions or its Payment Agents to store payment credentials for future purchases in accordance with applicable payment-processing requirements.
Payment-method availability can change. Confirm the available choices each time you reach checkout, and do not rely on an old screenshot or a list from an unaffiliated site.
What if my preferred method is declined or missing?
First confirm that the method appears in the current checkout and that its name matches your HelloMillions account. Check that the account details are current and that the payment method has not been cancelled, lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised.
If a purchase does not go through, the Help Center recommends refreshing the browser. If the issue remains, contact Customer Support and include:
- the date and time of the attempt;
- the Gold Coin package selected;
- the amount shown;
- whether a receipt arrived;
- the purchase ID or order number, if one was created; and
- the exact error message.
Do not email your full card number, security code, password, or online-banking credentials.
How do I know a purchase completed?
A completed purchase produces two confirmations: an on-screen confirmation and an email sent to the address on the Customer Account. Purchased licensed Gold Coins may be added immediately unless a delay outside HelloMillions’ control occurs.
Check the email receipt and the Virtual Coin balance displayed in the upper-right corner after signing in. A HelloMillions purchase appears on a statement as B-Two Operations Limited, according to the current Terms.
If you have a statement charge but no confirmation or account credit, do not repeat the purchase until you have checked the receipt and contacted support. Repeated attempts can make it harder to distinguish a failed attempt from a duplicate charge.
