What should I check for my account or redemption issue?
For help with HelloMillions, choose the question closest to your issue:
| Question | What to check first |
|---|---|
| What is happening with my prize redemption? | The request status and any outstanding information requested by email. |
| Why was verification requested? | The specific identity, address, or payment-ownership instructions for your account. |
| What if my document was not accepted? | The reason given and the replacement-document instructions. |
| What if I cannot access my account? | Your registered email address, sign-in method, and exact error message. |
| What if a purchase is missing or a charge is unfamiliar? | The transaction status, purchase confirmation, date, and amount. |
| Why has my coin balance changed? | The coin type, account activity, and applicable expiry conditions. |
How can I check a prize redemption request?
Check the existing request and your registered email, including spam or junk folders. A pending status does not establish approval or rejection.
If you need an update, contact Customer Support with the request date, amount, selected method, current status, and reference number, if available. Ask which stage the request is in, whether information is outstanding, and what you need to do next. See how to check your redemption status for more guidance.
Why might HelloMillions request verification?
HelloMillions may request identity, age, address, payment-ownership, or other verification for your account or a prize redemption request. A payment-ownership check may relate to a payment method used for a Gold Coin purchase. Use only a payment method that lawfully belongs to you and matches your account name.
Read the request, sign in, and open My Account from the sidebar or menu. Submit only the requested files through the official secure verification portal, within the timeframe communicated to you. Read how account verification works for more detail.
If a document is declined, follow the reason and replacement instructions provided. An unclear image, an incomplete document, or an expired ID may be relevant; the message for your submission determines what needs attention. If the reason is unclear, ask Support before submitting further documents. See why verification documents may be declined.
What should I do if I cannot access my account?
Confirm that you are using the official website and the email address or sign-in method registered to your existing account. Do not create a replacement account. Contact Support with the error message, date, and device details, if available. Our account-access and duplicate-account guide explains the recovery route.
What if a purchase is missing or a charge is unfamiliar?
Gold Coin purchases appear on your financial statement under B-Two Operations Limited. Compare an unfamiliar entry with your Gold Coin purchase history and purchase confirmations. If it still appears incorrect, contact Support with the date, amount, and transaction reference. Contact your bank or card issuer promptly if you suspect an unauthorized transaction.
For a missing purchase or package item, check whether the transaction is pending, completed, or reversed before attempting another purchase. Give Support the offer or package details, purchase date and amount, receipt status, order number, and exact missing item. Do not repeat a purchase merely to test whether crediting works.
Why might my coin balance have changed?
Review your account activity and which coin balance changed. Dormancy-related expiry rules include:
- Gold Coins: expire when the account becomes dormant after 60 consecutive days without gameplay using Gold Coins.
- Sweepstakes Coins: expire after 60 consecutive days without gameplay using Sweepstakes Coins.
Other account requirements may also affect access to a balance. If you cannot identify the reason for a change, give Support the date, coin type, and relevant account activity and ask for a review.
How should I follow up with Customer Support?
Use or reference the email address registered to your account. If your case remains open, reply to the same ticket and include:
- The ticket number and a short timeline.
- The last answer received and the information or assistance you still need.
- Any new information requested by Support.
Never share passwords, PINs, recovery codes, or one-time security codes. Keep complete bank details and unsolicited identity documents out of ordinary support messages. Use the official secure verification process for requested documents.
If activity is not yours, notify Support immediately. Change the relevant account and registered-email passwords through their official recovery routes, and contact your financial institution promptly if a payment is involved.
